I had my machine serviced back in December—all good, they solved my problem (and it felt like it ran smoother than it did brand new). Last week I was sewing something, er, ambitious, and the whole machine jammed up. Basically, I broke it. I dropped it in yesterday expecting to leave it with them for a couple of weeks. Ben stopped what he was doing, waved his wizard wand over it, fixed it AND he didn't charge me (because the service comes with a guarantee).
If you have a machine these folks will service, then you don't need to look any further. You have found the place you need! All the staff I've dealt with are very friendly and patient. Ben is a skilled and knowledgeable technician. Parking is easy, advice is free, there’s no hard sell, and you’re made to feel like you matter. These are old-school values that you don’t see much anymore. I unhesitatingly recommend Sherlock Holmes Sewing Machines.
